Paige Poutine Mail Club Policy
Welcome to the Paige Poutine Mail Club — a monthly envelope of cute, funny happy mail made for sticker lovers, stationery people and anyone whose mailbox could use more personality. 💌
✨ How the Mail Club Works
Your subscription is charged when you join and renews automatically each month on the same date.
Mail Club orders are grouped into monthly batches. Orders and renewals received between the 5th of one month and the 4th of the following month are included in the next edition.
The monthly batch is mailed around the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or postal holiday, envelopes may be mailed on the next business day.
For example, if you join or renew between July 5 and August 4, you will receive the August edition mailed around August 10.

Each monthly edition includes:

Artwork, themes, colours and surprise items change from month to month. Specific items and formats are not guaranteed to repeat. That is part of the fun — tiny stationery suspense. ✨

📦 Shipping Is Included
The price shown for your location includes shipping. There will not be an additional Mail Club shipping charge at checkout.
- 🍁 Canada: Sent by untracked letter mail
- 🇺🇸 United States: Sent with tracking through Chit Chats U.S. Edge, with applicable duties and tariffs included
- 🌍 International: Sent by untracked international letter mail
Tracking information will be provided for U.S. shipments. Canada and international letter-mail shipments do not include tracking.
⏳ Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, customs, postal delays and the mail system doing mail-system things.
- 🍁 Canada: Usually arrives within 3–14 business days
- 🇺🇸 United States: Delivery timing will be shown through your tracking link
- 🌍 International: Usually arrives within 2–6 weeks
📭 Missing Mail
Please allow enough time for your envelope to travel before contacting Paige Poutine about a missing delivery.
- 🍁 Canada: Contact us if your envelope has not arrived within 30 days of the mailing date.
- 🇺🇸 United States: Contact us if tracking has stopped updating or the package has not arrived within 30 days.
- 🌍 International: Contact us if your envelope has not arrived within 60 days of the mailing date.
Once the appropriate delivery window has passed, please contact Paige Poutine and we will review the order and arrange a replacement or another fair solution.
🏡 Address Changes
Please update your mailing address before your next renewal is processed.
Paige Poutine is not responsible for envelopes mailed to an old or incorrect address that was provided with the subscription. Address mistakes are sneaky little things, so please give yours a quick check before renewal day.
⏸️ How to Pause or Cancel
Need a break from happy mail? No hard feelings. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.
- Visit the Paige Poutine website.
- Open the account or profile icon.
- Log in using the email address connected to your subscription.
- Open your customer or subscription portal.
- Select your Paige Poutine Mail Club subscription.
- Choose Edit Subscription or Manage Subscription.
- Select Pause Subscription or Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your change.
Please look for an on-screen confirmation or confirmation email to make sure your request was completed.
If your subscription has already renewed, your payment may already have been processed and that month’s envelope may still be included in the upcoming mail drop. The happy-mail wheels may already be in motion. 💨
