What kind of stickers do you sell?
Only the cutest Canadian-themed stickers you’ll ever meet. They’re high-quality vinyl, water-resistant, and tough enough to survive your water bottle, laptop, or whatever you slap them on. Some are glossy, some are matte — all are ridiculously cute.
📦 Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
Right now, I ship Canada-only (sorry, rest of the world).
How much is shipping?
Flat $5 across Canada. Spend $40+ and Flicks the Fox waves their magic paw → FREE shipping!
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders go out in about 3–5 business days. During holidays or busy seasons, it might take a smidge longer (because even foxes need breaks).
How long does delivery take once shipped?
Canada Post usually delivers within 1–2 weeks, depending on your province. But heads up — holidays and postal delays can slow things down.
What do I do if my package hasn’t arrived?
First: check with housemates, neighbours, and under that mountain of Amazon boxes. Still missing? If it’s been 4+ weeks, email hello@paigepoutine.com and we’ll figure it out together.
💸 Returns, Refunds & Policies
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Every order is made in small batches just for you, so I’m not able to accept returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll absolutely make it right—promise.
What if I was overcharged for shipping?
Good news: if my system ever overcharges you on shipping, I’ll automatically refund the extra. And if something still doesn’t look right, just reach out and I’ll double-check it for you.
Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
Discount codes need to be entered at checkout, and I can’t apply them afterward. If you ever run into trouble using one, send me a message before placing your order and I’ll be happy to help.
