How to Cancel or Pause Your Mail Club Subscription

Need a break from happy mail? No hard feelings. You can pause or cancel your Paige Poutine Mail Club subscription at any time through your customer account.

Please log in using the same email address you used when you joined.

On a Computer

  1. Go to the Paige Poutine website.
  2. Click the account/profile icon near the top-right corner.
  3. Log in using the email address connected to your subscription.
  4. Open your customer portal or subscription page.
  5. Select your Paige Poutine Mail Club subscription.
  6. Click Edit Subscription or Manage Subscription.
  7. Choose Pause Subscription or Cancel Subscription.
  8. Follow the prompts to confirm your choice.

On a Phone or Tablet

  1. Open the Paige Poutine website on your device.
  2. Tap the menu icon near the top of the page.
  3. Tap the account/profile icon or choose Log in.
  4. Log in using the email address connected to your subscription.
  5. Open your customer portal or subscription page.
  6. Tap your Paige Poutine Mail Club subscription.
  7. Select Edit Subscription or Manage Subscription.
  8. Choose Pause Subscription or Cancel Subscription.
  9. Follow the prompts to confirm your choice.

A Tiny but Important Timing Note

Please pause or cancel before your next renewal date.

If your subscription has already renewed, your payment may already have been processed and that month’s Mail Club envelope may still be included in the next mail drop. The happy-mail wheels may already be in motion.

After making a change, look for an on-screen confirmation or confirmation email to make sure everything went through properly.
